Description

The sandpaper letters are backed onto painted boards. By passing fingers over the letters children learn to recognize the typical shape of each letter. In this exercise, each letter is always spoken loudly so that the child establishes a connection between the sound and the characters represented. Also, children can trace the letter shape with tracing paper (not included).
